With all the festivities for the build up to the FIFA 2010 World Cup Draw in Cape Town on Friday, some of the Vodacom Stormers’ players also got the chance to be part of the excitement.

On Wednesday, eight of the Vodacom Stormers players’ in association with Coca-Cola, participated in an autograph session at the V&A Waterfront to show rugby’s support for the World Cup next year. Hundreds of excited Vodacom Stormers fans lined up to meet their heroes and to take photos with the players.

The autograph session is one of many that Coca-Cola are organising this week with local sports team and stars as part of the build up to the draw at the Cape Town International Convention Centre on Friday. Others to grace the stage at the Amphitheatre include soccer teams Ajax Cape Town and Santos, the Cape Cobras cricket team and former Bafana Bafana captain Lucas Radebe.
