Urgent season ticket information

There is an important and urgent message for all DHL Newlands season ticket holders who have not, as yet, received their season tickets ahead of the 2015 home season.

We, at WP Rugby, apologise for the inconvenience caused by the changeover to the new ticketing system.

All ticket holders who paid via EFT / direct depost / credit card, we have posted tickets between February 9 and 13. If you have not received your tickets by this Saturday (February 21), we will be operating from the DHL Newlands Stadium Boardroom (behind Grand Stand off Boundary Road) on matchday to assist with tickets from 10h00 up until kick-off (at 17h05).

All ticket holders who used the online (internet) payment option – this option did not include postage and these tickets can be collected from our offices or from the DHL Newlands Stadium Boardroom on Saturday (as mentioned above).

AAN ALLE SEISOENKAARTJIEHOUERS

Ons vra verskoning vir die ongerief veroorsaak met die oorskakeling na die nuwe kaartjiesisteem.

Alle kaartjiehouers wat via EFT / direkte deposito / kredietkaart betaal het, ons het kaartjies tussen 9 en 13 Februarie gepos. Indien u nie u kaartjies teen Saterdag (21 Februarie) ontvang het nie, kan u ons stadion Raadsaal (agter Hoofpawiljoen in Boundaryweg) besoek vanaf 10.00 tot en met afskoptyd om 17.05 waar ons u sal kan help.

Alle kaartjiehouers wat die aanlyn (internet) betaal opsie gebruik het – hierdie opsie het nie posgeld ingesluit nie en die kaartjies kan by ons kantore afgehaal word of van ons stadion Raadsaal op Saterdag (soos hierbo genoem).
