A Sanzar judicial committee on Monday has found Vodacom Stormers flank Schalk Burger guilty of an act contrary to good sportsmanship.

The committee deferred delivery of sentence until Tuesday, 26 February 2006.

Burger was charged and found guilty of transgressing Law 10.4 (k) after he received a yellow card in the second half (46.50 min.) of the Vodacom Super 14 match between the Stormers and The Sharks in Durban on Saturday.
