– We win a penalty at the line-out and Libbok clear up to the 10 metre line.

– Both team kicking as they look for territorial dominance.

– We burst into the 22 and it goes to Willemse who dummies through the gap to score and put us 7-0 up.

– Forwards maul and Deon Fourie scores. Manie’s conversion hits the pole and we are 12-0 up.

– Lions get a breakdown penalty and kick up to the 22. Another breakdown penalty and they kick for goal this time with Hendrikse making it 12-3.

– Lions kick out from the restart and win a penalty at the line-out, so they kick up to the 22 again.

– Lions knock-on so we have a scrum on our 22. Advantage from the scrum and we go wide. Davids kicks ahead and the Lions take it into touch.

– Incredible break by Zas who takes it into the 22. It goes out to Davids, but he knocks on.

– A little snipe from Paul de Wet and he finds Dan du Plessis on his inside shoulder for the third try.

– The attacking intent is still there but a loose ball is picked up by Van der Merwe. He knocks on in the tackle so we have a scrum just outside our 22.

– Lions win it back and go at us, but Fourie wins a breakdown penalty on the 22 so we can clear.

– Nohamba kicks a 50-22 from the base so the Lions have a line-out in the 22.

– Lions with another breakdown penalty and they kick to the corner again. Knocked on and that is half-time. We take a 19-3 lead into the break.

– Straight onto the attack again, but the ball is lost forward out wide, so the Lions have a scrum on the 22.

– Lions clear and we run it back, but they get another breakdown penalty so can kick up to halfway.

– A break from Manie Libbok in the 22 and we race into their 22. Libbok is on hand to finish it, but the ref calls it back for a forward pass so the Lions have a scrum.

– Lions kick and then turn it over on halfway. High tackle called so they kick to the corner.

– First try for the visitors from outside centre Henco van Wyk makes it 19-8.

– We run from our own 22 and Hacjivah Dayimani breaks the line before giving it to Angelo Davids for the bonus point try. Touchline conversion from Libbok makes it 26-8.

– Libbok kicks deep and the Lions try to run out of their 22.

– Lions look to have scored an intercept try, but it is disallowed due to a knock-on in the build-up. We have a scrum on the 22 instead, but it is reversed for an early shove.

– Breakdown penalty for us this time, so Libbok can kick up over halfway.

– That’s a double for Davids as he takes the last pass from Dayimani again before stepping inside his man to score. That makes it 33-8.

– Lions on the attack in the 22 but a great tackle forces a knock-on.

– That’s full-time and we end the year unbeaten at home.
